Hi, I’m Emily, I’ve been a PT for 12+ years and my passion is to get people moving and reaping the rewards of how it makes them feel.

Exercise doesn’t have to be all about how you look, how ripped you are or how well you can see your washboard abs! It can (and should) also be about creating a healthy body, a health mind and a healthy existence that has you feeling ALIVE each and every day!

I’m a strong believer that anyone, anywhere can exercise, and more importantly anyone, anywhere can enjoy exercise. Exercise shouldn’t be something that you fear or can’t do. In its most basic form, exercise is movement and that is what our bodies are made to do…move! By choosing ranges of movement, types of movement and speeds of movement appropriate to the individual, we can all exercise.

Whatever your fitness goal – weight loss, muscle definition, strength, rehabilitation or just enjoyment from movement – I believe the basis of all fitness comes from functional movement patterns. Get that part right and we can manipulate tempo, load, direction and reps to create a body that you love and loves you back!

You only have one body to last your lifetime, it’ll be happiest when it’s working at it’s best!
